The set also includes a 90-pound vinyl weight set, which contains two 20-pound plates and two 10-pound plates, two 15-pound plates, two spring collars and a standard 2-piece barbell. The standard weight bench is constructed with steel tubing and features a leg developer with foam rollers and a weight tube for comfortable resistance training, a firm yet comfortable padded back rest and seat, adjustable angled positions for a wide variety of exercises to be performed, a rack with j-cup hooks to safely hold the barbell, and a durable powder coated finish for long-lasting performance. Assembly Note: As with any other piece of strength equipment, do not tighten down the bolts completely until the bench is placed on a level indoor surface where it will be used.
