RIDGID introduces the RIDGID R8604B-AC87004 18V Compact Band Saw with 32-7/8 in. Blade and 4.0 Ah Lithium-Ion Battery. The 18V Compact Band Saw provides clean, spark free, straight cuts on a variety of materials with a 2 1/2 in. cut capacity. This Band Saw has a lightweight and ergonomic design for increased balance and reduced fatigue. This Band Saw is also compatible with Milwaukee’s Bi-Metal Compact Band Saw Blade (Model #48-39-0579).

This 4.0 Ah battery will provide up to 3X more runtime compared to the 1.5 Ah lithium-ion battery (AC870015). The 4.0 Ah battery is 10% more compact and 10% lighter compared to the previous model (AC840087). As always, this 4.0 Ah battery are 100% compatible with all RIDGID 18V tools. With registration, this kit is backed by the Industry’s Only Lifetime Service Agreement. The 18V Compact Band Saw includes a 32-7/8 in. blade, a 4.0 Ah Lithium-Ion Battery, and an operator’s manual.
