A low-profile design makes this Slimline griddle ideal for buffet-style serving as well as being convenient to store. The extra-large 13 in. x 22 in. cooking surface is great for breakfast, lunch, dinner and entertaining. Griddle base is constructed of virtually warp-proof heavy cast aluminum.

The cooking surface features a premium nonstick finish for stick-free cooking and easy cleaning. Maintain the desired cooking temperature automatically with the Control Master heat control. The slide-out drip tray removes for easy cleaning. Griddle is fully immersible with the heat control removed.
